Below is the starting of a list of sellers/buyers and my comments and some proof of what I say is the truth.
My first dealings is with a seller that goes by the name illsales on Ebay and whose name is Chagai Freund...
I placed an order on 01-01-2003 not a bid on item PYLE DUAL WIRELESS MICROPHONE SET MIC Item # 932534940 because he was representing himself as a seller of electronics and not just a one time seller, at the time there were suppose to be 49 of 50 of this item in stock and for sale...after my purchase there were 48 left to sell. My payment was received and deposited in his bank account on 01-09-2003 and on 01-15, I e-mailed to see if payment had been received as I had not heard from him and was told it was. The rest below are copies of my e-mail dealings with him you be the judge as to whether or not do business with this person/business.

I am sorry to have to tell you that this item is currently out of stock for the next week. I am very sorry for the inconvenience but my distributor didn't deliver me the goods he promised he would because the Pyle company is out of stock. A new shipment is coming in in 7-8 days. I hope you don't mind waiting patiently while the mics come in.

Hello, WHAT'S THE DEAL? I have been more than patient. I just checked the your feed backs and noticed that orders for this product (Pyle PDMW2000)made a month after mine has been delivered! I ordered the PYLE DUAL WIRELESS MICROPHONE SET MIC Ebay Item # 932534940 on 1-01-2003 and according to e-mails you replied to you received payment by 1-14-2003,(but after inquiring it was cashed the 01-09-2003) but feed back has people complaining that they placed an ordered on 1/24/2003 no response from seller and today is 02/04/2003. not good your reply is ordered 1/24 and paid 2/2 item shipped 2/3 what exactly is the problem, my question is where is my product? I think that I have been more than fair. I think that the earlier orders should be filled before the ones made in February. tried e-mailing you earlier I dont know what the problem was. Maybe I had the wrong address. Anyhow, these mics are currently out of stock. You have a couple choices of what you can do. You can wait 2 weeks for them to arrive or I can refund you your money or I can refer you to a cheaper model that comes with 1 mic. Please dont leave me a negative feedback because the item was in stock and out of the blue my distributor told me that they were sold out. It was too late though because they were sold already. E-mail me back.

I understand the out of stock thing but if people are purchasing the exact same product a month after my order and have all ready received their product ...... and payment for theirs was received a month later than mine how did all 3 or 4 get there shipment of this item?check your comments page and you will see what I am talking about......if I order on Jan 01, 2003 and payment was cashed,deposited by Jan. 10,2003 then others order the Pyle mics after my payment was received and some even in February and you say you didn't receive payment till the middle of February take a look at the beginning and ending dates of your following Pyle mic sales..
